Class schedule and descriptions are listed below. Check back for new classes that will be added during the winter months!

About Yoga

  • You can register for a class at our front desk prior to or right before a class.
    • Space is limited to 7 yogi's at a time, we reccomend registering before to guarentee your spot.
  • Class prices are $13 per individual class.
  • Punch passes of 5 or more can be purchased for $10 per class.
  • We have all the yoga gear you will need. Feel free to bring your own or borrow ours.
  • Per current CDC guidelines masks are currently required during class.
  • A current waiver will be required for any yoga classes. You can fill one out on online before you come.

Yoga Schedule

Thursday's Beginner/Multi-lvl   4PM-5PM

           A one hour long beginner/multi-lvl hatha movement class. This is for anyone either new to yoga or already practicing. Modifications given to meet each participant at their current ability level to help challenge or ease poses. These classes will work on building breath work, flexibility, baseline strength and stability, along with body restoration.
